We provide a wide ranging Civil Court Service and frequently advise on all types of Civil Cases heard in the Sheriff Court.

Our experienced Litigation Solicitors regularly appear in Child and Family Law cases and Guardianship’s, as well as Debt Recovery cases, Landlord and Tenant Disputes, Boundary Disputes and various other types of Civil cases heard in the Sheriff Court and First Tier Housing Tribunal.

We mainly appear in Kilmarnock Sheriff Court and Ayr Sheriff Court. However, our Solicitors have experience in appearing in many of the other Sheriff Courts in Scotland.
