Premises Licence

Being one of the only firms in the region to provide specialist advice in relation to licencing issues places us at the heart of business life in Ayrshire. Ian Hunter, our Senior Partner, regularly appears in front of the Licencing Board obtaining successful outcomes for our clients.

We deal with all aspects of premises licencing, advising on what licences are appropriate, planning consent and documentation, licence alterations and any contentious licencing matters including appeals against licencing authority decisions.
