As part of our service we will:
Conduct an honest marketing appraisal of your home and advise you of the possible selling price which will be confirmed by a surveyor at the time of preparing the Home Report. This Valuation is a free service.

• Provide a thorough Home Report through the ESPC at a competitive rate. Potential purchasers will have access to this document via the ESPC website.
• Produce a smart schedule with good photography to present your home in the best possible light.
• Provide and install “For Sale” boards at your property or provide posters when a board is not required.
• Respond promptly to any requests for information/viewing requests and arrange viewings convenient to you.
• Provide an accompanied viewing service if required.
• Follow up prospective purchasers to access their level of interest and report back to you.
• Contact our clients on a regular basis in order to comply with our Treating Clients Fairly policy.
• Negotiate for the best possible offer.
