Fees and costs
At Jas Campbell & Co., we firmly believe in ensuring our clients aware of all costs involved in selling and buying a property - including taxes and other costs imposed by the government - BEFORE you decide to instruct us. We will provide you with a clear written quote itemising all the costs and fees involved in selling and buying on request.

Other services
We also provide expert advice on all other areas of conveyancing including transfer of title, title queries, advice on and preparation of Short Assured Tenancies and other leases and other property related legal issues. We also offer a free Title Deed storage service within our Saltcoats office.
